Gone are the days when buyers looked at text only and made decisions on heading out to see a property without ensuring there was something visual about the property that piqued their interest.

This may be a great selling tool for vacant properties but not so great for properties for sale that are occupied.

Vendors will be able to take advantage of a free consultation with my interior designer who can provide meaningful advice about furniture placement, decorating and colours that she believes will put you in the best possible position to attract the right buyer demographic. She can provide recommendations on soft furnishings and decorating accents for you to purchase that you will be able to take with you after the sale and enjoy for future use.

In addition to this, I believe assisting my vendors with trade contacts and helping them find the right person to assist with repairs that need to be carried out prior to sale is crucial in ensuring the sales process is made as easy as possible for them.
